How to buy a gift voucher ?
The gift voucher can be ordered in the values shown.
When purchasing a voucher in CZK, the voucher is then redeemable when ordering goods at shop.lampglas.cz in CZK and subsequent delivery of goods within the Czech Republic.
When purchasing a voucher in EUR, the voucher is then redeemable when ordering goods at shop.lampglas.cz in EUR and subsequent delivery of the goods within the Slovak Republic.
We will affix a discount code to the gift voucher to apply the discount and deliver it to you within 1-2 days of receiving payment. We deliver the voucher only electronically - to your email address specified in the order
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The expiry date will be indicated on your voucher.
Payment for the voucher is only possible by bank transfer or online credit card. Cash on delivery is not possible in case of voucher purchase.
If you change your mind about purchasing a voucher, it can be returned within the standard statutory 14-day period. Refunds are made by contacting us at info@lampglas.cz and then the discount code from the voucher will be invalidated and the money refunded.

How to redeem a gift voucher ?
The value of the voucher can be redeemed as a discount coupon when shopping at shop.lampglas.cz
When redeeming a voucher in CZK, the voucher is then redeemable when ordering goods at shop.lampglas.cz in CZK and subsequent delivery of goods within the Czech Republic.
When redeeming a voucher in EUR, the voucher is then redeemable when ordering goods at shop.lampglas.cz in EUR and subsequent delivery of the goods within the Slovak Republic.
To apply the discount, you must copy the discount code on the voucher into the "insert discount coupon" box in the basket.
Only 1 voucher can be redeemed for 1 purchase (can be several items). The value of the voucher will be deducted as a discount from the total purchase.

The voucher is one-time. Once exercised, it becomes invalid.
Neither the voucher nor the unused portion of the voucher can be exchanged for cash. If a voucher with a value higher than the value of the purchase is redeemed, only the value of the purchase will be deducted from the basket. Any difference between the value of the voucher and the value of the purchase cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
